These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and NovelHerbs (Novel Ventures OPC Pvt. Ltd.). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.
- 1. Orders & Acceptance
- By placing an order on the Site you make an offer to buy the products listed in your order. We may accept or decline your order in our sole discretion.
- Acceptance occurs only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we do not accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
- 2. Payment & Pricing
- Prices shown on the Site are in INR (unless otherwise stated) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping which will be added at checkout.
- We use third-party payment processors; by submitting payment information you authorize those processors to charge your selected payment method.
- 3. Shipping & Processing
- We aim to process and ship orders within 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST). Orders placed after 14:00 IST may be processed the next business day.
- During busy periods or for out-of-stock items it may take up to 10 business days to ship. If shipment will be delayed more than 5 business days, we will notify you by email.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
- 4. Taxes & Import Duties
- For domestic orders, applicable GST and other taxes are applied at checkout. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties and taxes not included in the order total.
- 5. Product Use & Warnings
- Products are for adult use only. Do not use if under 18, pregnant, or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have serious medical conditions or are taking prescription medications.
- Product information provided on the Site is not medical advice. Seek a doctor’s advice regarding any health concerns.
- 6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by NovelHerbs or used with permission. Trademarks and copyrights are the property of their owners and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
- 7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NovelHerbs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for claims arising from the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
- 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Mumbai, Maharashtra, India].
- 9. Changes to Terms
- International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by import authorities.
